Privacy, in plain English
Private isn’t a feature. It’s the point.
Most apps say they care about your privacy in a policy no one reads. Here is the short, honest version of how Remembery actually works, so you can decide for yourself.
Nothing is public. Ever.
Remembery has no public profiles, no discovery page, and no way for a stranger to find you. A memory is only ever visible to the circle you share it with. There is no global feed to be surfaced on.
You choose every circle, and every member
Circles are small, private groups you create for the people you actually know. Family, closest friends, a trip. People join by invitation only, and you decide who is in each one. A memory shared to one circle is never shown to another.
No algorithm deciding what you see
Your feed is simply the memories your circles have shared, in order. Nothing is ranked, boosted, or injected to keep you scrolling. What you see is what the people you chose actually posted.
No ads, and we don't sell your data
Remembery makes no money from advertising, so there is no incentive to profile you or hand your information to anyone. Your memories are not a product. They are yours.
Your data stays yours
You can delete a memory, leave a circle, or delete your account at any time. When you delete something, it is removed. Your connection is encrypted in transit, and your content is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure.
